The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was just perfect, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the hotel had a vending machine on my floor, which was a convenient touch. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Andorra.

During my stay at Novotel, I was impressed by the convenient location in the heart of Andorra La Vella. It made exploring the town so much easier. Additionally, the private underground parking was a great feature and saved me from the hassle of finding a parking spot. Although the beds were on the firm side, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making communication easy.

I did face a minor inconvenience in the room, as the sofa bed was not ready for use. However, considering the small size of the room, I understand the limitations.

During our recent stay at Novotel in Andorra, we had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially Elizabete at the front desk. She promptly resolved a payment issue and ensured that we were only charged for what we agreed upon.

Although the rooms and car parking were average, we found the overall stay to be enjoyable. The slow internet connection and the inconvenience of the kids' playground and pool being located across the street were minor drawbacks.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to the main town area for eating out. The quality of the rooms was impressive, especially considering the price you pay. The breakfast buffet was very well organized, with a comprehensive selection of meals to choose from.
